Jamal Sadik stood at the
window of the penthouse
executive suite, staring out
over the bustling city of
Monte Carlo and thinking how
far he'd come from his
hometown of Sidon, Lebanon.
He lit up a cigarette, took
a long drag, and then walked
back around the desk and sat
down. Finally, he
looked up and said softly,
"A hundred thousand." |
